During these uncertain times, we know that you must have a lot of questions. At Prestige Auto Mart, we're committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers as our top priority. That is why we have put a strict sanitation program in place so that we may continue to serve the service, parts, and automotive sales needs of our customers and communities during this time. 

Q: Is Prestige Auto Mart open? 

A: Yes, Prestige Auto Mart is open! 

Our Westport MA, East Providence RI Mitsubishi, and Taunton MA service and parts centers are open on weekdays from 9am to 5pm. You can easily schedule service online or call our dealerships to speak with one of our experts. We're also currently offering complimentary pick-up and drop-off for service visits within our regular service area.

Our Sales departments are open by appointment during the following business hours: 

9am to 7pm, Monday through Friday 
9am to 5pm on Saturday 
12pm to 5pm on Sunday 

To reduce the number of people in our showroom at any one time, we're asking customers to schedule an appointment ahead of time by calling us at 1-800-400-6124. 

We'll also have a limited amount of staff members available throughout the day, so please arrive promptly and let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The health and safety of our customers and employees is the top priority, which is why we have new practices and sanitation measures in place, so you can feel confident when you visit our showrooms and service centers.

Q: Can I buy a car at Prestige Auto Mart right now?

Prestige Auto Mart is committed to serving the community any way we can during this pandemic, so we're making it easier than ever to purchase a car while practicing recommended social distancing techniques. If you're interested in buying a new or used car for sale right now, we encourage you to make an appointment to come to us or have us come to you. And if you do visit our dealerships, rest assured that we're constantly wiping down and disinfecting all areas of the dealership throughout the day, as well as limiting the number of customers in our showrooms at any given time.

If you choose to have a car delivered to you, know that all our vehicles are properly cleaned and sanitized per the guidelines we've received from local authorities. We'll give you a virtual walkaround of the vehicle, and then set up a convenient time and place for a test-drive. Our staff is trained on the best practices for social distancing to ensure every interaction is safe.

Q: What is Fast Pass? How can I use Fast Pass before I visit Prestige Auto Mart? 

A: If you know exactly which new or used vehicle you'd like to buy, you can structure and submit your deal online with our Fast Pass tool. Whether you're financing or paying in cash, you can easily complete the majority of your purchase online and buy a car in as little as 30 minutes.
